Our Managers have taken training in Mental Health First Aid at work to support our team. We also offer staff a health and well-being check by an external company every 6 months. Leaders operate an open-door policy so staff always know there is someone to talk to.<\/p>\n

We lead by example when promoting well-being in our children. We encourage the use of emotional language, for example, talking to the children about how they are feeling and ensuring they understand that no feelings are wrong. We promote creativity and allow the children to follow their own lead when it comes to their learning experiences. We practice relaxation techniques such as children\u2019s yoga and breathing exercises. We also provide areas where children can sit back, relax and daydream. We are fortunate enough to be close to the countryside, with views of local wildlife and nature.<\/p>\n

Our outdoor area provides plenty of space for children to let off steam whilst learning and having fun.<\/p>\n
